A sector that has seen some big hits during the last 2 years is the non-profit sector.  In this episode, I talk to Carmen Zajac from the Zajac Ranch for Children.  She been with the organization(Zajac Foundation) for over 25 years and with the Zajac Ranch since its inception in 2003.

These unique camp experiences empower participants of all abilities to develop life long skills, create lasting friendships, build independence and have fun. At Zajac Ranch we are driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. 

As some of you know, I am interested in starting my own non-profit to help entrepreneurial minded youth get a start on business education and seed funding for businesses.  I ask Carmen how her father started the non-proft, the struggles building the foundation and current struggles through the pandemic.
